Mr. Ross served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Affinity Gaming from 2011 to 2014. He previously served as the Chief Operating Officer – Gaming and as a member of the Office of the Chief Executive Officer for Herbst Gaming Inc., a predecessor of Affinity Gaming. Prior to joining Herbst Gaming Inc. in May 2009, Mr. Ross spent 25 years with Coast Casinos, now a division of Boyd Gaming Corp., serving in a variety of management positions. Most recently he served as Coast Casinos’ Chief Operating Officer from 2004-2008. Mr.Ross earned a B.A. in Business Management and a M.S. in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Mr. Whipple currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Gaming Technology Group. Mr. Whipple has participated in a diverse set of businesses throughout his career and held various senior management and financial supervisory roles with casino gaming and non-gaming organizations, including International Game Technology (IGT), GameTech International, Inc. and Boomtown, Inc. Mr.Whipple is a Certified Public Accountant who earned a B.S. in Accounting and a Minor in Business Administration from Utah State University.

Mr. Cousineau currently serves as Chairman of the Canada Media Fund. Mr. Cousineau formerly held positions as President and CEO of Loto-Quebec and Groupe Secor. Prior to that he had a distinguished career in the academic field primarily at Sherbooke University where he was Dean of the Business school. Mr. Cousineau has also held board positions in a diverse range of industries and has extensive consulting experience in marketing and corporate strategic planning.

With more than 25 years of executive and commercialization experience, Mr. Bertolone has succeeded in a wide range of career challenges in the global gaming industry and the high tech world. Before joining DEQ as President and CEO, Mr. Bertolone was the Chief Operating Officer of Leap Forward Gaming, Inc. Prior to Leap Forward, he has held other prestigious positions such as the Chief of the Technology Division for the Nevada State Gaming Control Board, overseeing regulated gaming technology in the State of Nevada. He also served as Chief, Administration Division, at the Nevada Gaming Control Board. In his gaming industry career he has also held positions as Director of U.S. Operations for William Hill US and Vice President of Product Commercialization for Walker Digital Gaming. Before the gaming industry, Mr. Bertolone was very accomplished in the high tech world with strategic positions at Cisco Systems, VeriFone, Inc. and consulted to the high tech industry in Santa Clara, California. He has a Degree in Business Administration (option Finance) from California State University.

Mr. Meredith has over 20 years of corporate and regulatory legal experience, and has provided critical legal support for several world class integrated resorts and real estate developments in Macau, Singapore and Vietnam. Prior to joining DEQ Systems, Corp., Mr. Meredith served as an Assistant General Counsel for Sands China Ltd. in Macau, and he was also the Head of Legal for the Ho Tram Project Company Ltd. in Vietnam. From 1997 to 2005, Mr. Meredith worked for the Nevada Attorney General’s Office representing Nevada Gaming Control Board and Gaming Commission, as well as other state agencies. Mr. Meredith holds his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan, and received a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the California State University in Sacramento. Mr. Meredith is licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada, and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court of Nevada, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Jacques has over 20 years of experience in gaming technology strategic planning , R&D project management & software engineering applied to computer graphics, real-time systems and object oriented design. Before joining DEQ, Mr. Jacques was R&D Director at InSpeck inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Laval University and he is a member of the Quebec Order of Engineers.

Ms. Dyer is a creative support professional with a record of increased responsibility. With more than 7 years of extensive marketing experience she has strong working knowledge of corporate positioning and development of comprehensive marketing plans for launching and promotion. Previously, Kelly managed the international marketing department at BMM Testlabs creating and implementing strategic plans for the organization in many gaming jurisdictions around the world. She is knowledgeable in many aspects of the Gaming industry including; Regulatory & Compliance, Global Marketing (Tradeshow, PR) & Corporate Brand.

Destiny McDoniel has over 17 years of Sales experience, with 6 years of Sales experience in the Gaming Industry. Before joining DEQ Destiny worked for SHFL Entertainment managing the Las Vegas & New Mexico territory where she sold Proprietary Table Games, Progressive Systems, Utility Products & Electronic Table Games. Destiny was instrumental in introducing SHFL’s popular International EGM’s into the North American market. After SHFL Destiny went on to Bally Technologies where she managed Corporate Accounts within Las Vegas and broadened her portfolio to selling Bally products.
